Terms & Condition's
1. Client Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet(s), including health conditions, behavior, and emergency contacts.

Ensure your pets are up-to-date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and any required medications.

Supply necessary items for pet care, such as food, treats, leashes, collars, litter, and medications.

Notify me of any changes to scheduled appointments or cancellations in accordance with my cancellation policy.
-
Completion and return of the registration form before the scheduled booking begins is mandatory.

Clients are expected to abide by the terms and conditions and any additional policies or guidelines provided.

2. Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or at the end of the service for all services, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, and PayPal.

For larger bookings, a deposit is required at the time of booking, followed by full payment before or on the day of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Dog walks and home visits require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations, with exceptions made for genuine reasons.

Pet sitting/overnight stays require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice and may result in forfeiture of the deposit with exceptions made for genuine reasons.

4. Emergency Situations:

​In the event of a pet emergency, I will contact their registered vet first and transport them for immediate care. You will be promptly notified thereafter.

5. Liability and Insurance:

will take every precaution to ensure the safety of pets in my care, and cannot be held liable for unforeseen accidents or incidents.

I am not responsible for any damage caused by the pet if I have not been informed about the potential risk or instructed to monitor or remove specific items.

I carry appropriate insurance coverage for all business operations to ensure the safety and well-being of pets in my care

Reimbursement claims will be handled through my insurance.

6. Client Communication:

Regular updates will be provided, and communication regarding your pet's care and well-being will be maintained during my visits.

7. Privacy:​

I will ensure that any personal data you share with me remains confidential and will not be disclosed to any external parties.

8. Weather:

I won't be doing regular dog walks if the temperature exceeds 20°C to prevent heat stroke and ensure their safety and comfort in hot weather. If this occurs, the following alternatives can be considered:

Rescheduling walks to an earlier or later time (depending on availability)

Driving to and offering a shorter walk in a shaded or wooded area

Providing home visits for playtime and letting the dogs out in the garden for bathroom breaks

In the event of muddy or rainy weather, I will reduce all walks by 10 minutes to allow time for rinsing and towel-drying your dogs afterward. This ensures they stay comfortable and clean when returning home.
